Why am I not able to access certain cloud services on my TS-x31 series NAS?

The TS-x31 series uses an older version of the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. Some QTS services (Connect to Cloud Drive, Hybrid Backup Sync, and Cloud Drive Sync) are unable to connect to cloud service providers that require newer TLS versions.
To access these services on your TS-x31 series device, you must update to QTS 4.3.6 or later.
