How do I receive the invoice for purchased myQNAPcloud SSL certificate or other software license?

If you purchased a myQNAPcloud SSL certificate or any other software license and required an invoice for your purchase, follow the steps below to get a copy of your invoice.
For the myQNAPcloud SSL certificate license,

Go to the myQNAPcloud website and sign in using your myQNAPcloud ID (QID).

Go to SSL Certificate > Transaction Record.

Identify your purchased SSL certificate and Click Download to save the invoice in PDF format.
For the software license purchased from QNAP software store,
- Go to the QNAP Software Store and sign in using your myQNAPcloud ID (QID).
- Click your account name on top-right corner to expand the dropdown menu and select MY ORDERS.
- Identify your purchased software license and click View.
- Select Invoice tab.
- Click Download PDF Invoice to save the invoice in PDF format.
