I just started a RAID rebuild. Why is it not showing any progress?

In QTS 4.3.4, QTS must rebuild the reserved partition of a disk before rebuilding the rest of the disk. The reserved partition rebuild process takes approximately 5 minutes. During this time the RAID status will change to "Rebuilding" but no rebuild progress will be displayed.
