What should I do if downloading stops after a failover or switchover?

Answer

Service connections in a high-availability (HA) cluster are normally re-established after a failover or switchover. However, this might still cause an active file download to stop responding, with the download speed stuck at 0 B/s and unable to resume.

If this happens, please manually cancel the download task and start the download again.

Tip

If you are downloading large files, ensure the HA cluster status is “Good” to reduce the risk of interruptions.
