My IP camera passed the test, but unable to be connected by surveillance services

Camera test in QNAP only verifies the camera information if all are corrected, such as model name, IP, Ports, user name and password, it does not verify camera connection. If the camera user is a viewer, QNAP has no enough privilege to control the camera for recording. Please change the camera user to admin/root on QNAP for getting complete camera permission.
