I changed the Video Compression, Resolution, Frame Rate and Quality settings in Surveillance Station, but the settings are not the same when I check the camera's user interface. Why?

Answer:

For some models of camera (including Panasonic BB-HCM715, BL-C13, BL-C1 & BL-C20) the Surveillance Station does not change the settings on the camera's user interface. However, when getting the video it will use the correct settings.
