Qfile Pro introduces the brand-new AI Assistant feature. Just speak straightforward, concise keywords and commands, and the on-device AI will quickly execute cross-data folder searches, daily photo backups, or free up phone space, saving you the hassle of navigating through multiple menus.
Three Steps to Get Started
Qfile AI Assistant is built into Qfile Pro — no extra installation or subscription needed.
Requires Qfile Pro v4.6.0 or above · Currently supported: English / Traditional Chinese / Simplified Chinese
Open Qfile Pro and log in to your NAS
Tap the Folder button in the bottom navigation to access your NAS shared folders
Tap the AI Assistant button in the bottom right
Once inside any shared folder, the circular AI Assistant button appears in the bottom right — tap to open

State your needs with clear, concise keywords, and the on-device AI will instantly jump to and execute the corresponding function for you.

Daily Photo Backup
Just tell AI "Upload today's photos" — it finds today's photos, and after confirmation instantly queues them for background upload. No browsing albums needed.

Natural Language Search
"Find last week's edited PDF" "Search for files larger than 1GB"—using keywords and precise criteria. The on-device AI quickly links to Qsirch, directly extracting search results for you.

Backup Status Check
Want to check auto-upload progress? Just say "Check auto-upload status" to instantly jump to the progress page, where you can also tap the card to quickly pause or resume tasks.

Sleep & Transfer
Put your phone into low-power transfer mode for all-night uninterrupted backup to NAS. One sentence to activate — wake up to everything backed up.

Free Up Phone Storage
After AI confirms backup is complete, delete local duplicates with one tap to safely free up storage — no risk of deleting unbacked files.
