How can I perform a factory reset on a QHora-301W?

Hardware Reset
- Locate the reset button on the rear of the device.
- Using a pin, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. The device produces one long beep and two short beeps.
The system resets the router, restores all settings to default, and unbinds the device from your QNAP ID.
This also resets the admin password to default. The default admin password is MAC address of the router omitting any colons (:) and capitalizing all letters. (for example, if the MAC address is 00:0a:0b:0c:00:01, then the default password would be 000A0B0C0001.)
Software Reset
Log in to your QHora device.
- Go to QuRouter > Systems > System Settings > Restart / Reset.
- Click Reset. A confirmation message opens.
- Click I agree
- Click OK.
