How to install Teamviewer in QNAP NAS?

Applicable Products:
- QTS 5.0 or later
- QuTS hero h5.0 or later
- Teamviewer
Follow the steps below to instal Teamviewer in QNAP NAS
On QNAP NAS
- Log in to QTS as an administrator
- Open App Center
- Install Teamviewer and Open
- Click Skip tutorial
Teamviewer ID and Password appears
On Windows PC
Note: Teamviewer in QNAP NAS only supports Windows Teamviewer Client.- Open Teamviewer and sign in Teamviewer account
- Click Contacts
- Click "Add remote computer"
- Input Teamviewer ID and Password copied from the QNAP NAS and press OK
QNAP NAS appears in My computers group - Select the QNAP NAS Teamviewer ID, then click the gear icon in top-right corner
A dropdown menu appears - Select "Assign to account...."
Assign to account window appears - Input the password and press Assign
