Why can’t I add my Microsoft Office365 calendar to QcalAgent? I’m getting the following error message: "Your account doesn't currently support this feature. For more information, contact QNAP Helpdesk."

This problem occurs if Microsoft Exchange is not enabled on your Office365 account. Enable Exchange on your Office365 account and try again. If that doesn’t solve the problem, try the following:
- Verify the location of the target mailbox. (Either an on-premises Exchange organization or Exchange Online in Microsoft Office 365.)
- Verify that the target mailbox is available.
- Ensure that Exchange Online is enabled for the target mailbox.
Tip: Use the Autodiscover service to identify the location of the target mailbox.
If the problem persists, contact the QNAP Helpdesk.
