Why are the permission settings through File Station grayed out?

When trying to setup the shared folders permission through File Station, just after right clicking in a Folder or File, selecting the options properties and Permissions, it is showed as grayed out and the user is unable to set the access rights, even though he has permission to read/write on the folder, please refer to the picture below.

This situation may happen if the Advanced Permissions in Shared Folders setting is not enabled as shown on the next picture below, ensure the function is enabled, go to Control Panel > Privilege > Shared Folders > Advanced Permissions > “Enable Advanced Folder Permissions”, so after enabling it, it will allow the setting of the Folder permission through File Station.
