Why is my Video/Photo/Music Station unable to connect to the Multimedia Console?

This situation might happen if the database has errors, in that case, it will be necessary to rebuild it. This can be done from Multimedia Console > Indexing and chose to “Re-index”. When completed, relaunch Video/Photo/Music Station app and it should load normal again.
