New High Availability Feature Beta

The new High Availability feature in Virtualization Station, combined with QuTS hero's ZFS architecture and SnapSync real-time synchronization, allows two NAS devices to sustain each other's virtual machines. It supports multiple fault detection conditions, bidirectional protection, and seamless switchover, achieving true enterprise-grade virtualization high availability.

QNAP now invites you to try out the Virtualization Station 4 High Availability and submit your feedback to help us build future releases of Virtualization Station.
One (1) participant who provides the most insightful feedback will win a FREE TR-004 JBOD!

How to participate

The NAS must be upgraded to the QuTS hero 5.3.0 operating system and Virtualization Station version 4.1 or later. The HA Beta feature is currently only supported on QuTS hero and is not available for QTS.
On two NAS devices that meet the requirements, download or update to [Virtualization Station 4.1.0 Official] and experience the Virtual Machine HA feature.
The HA Beta Test period ends at 23:59 (UTC+8) on November 14, 2025.
All feedback and bug reports must be made to QNAP before 23:59 (UTC+8) on November 14, 2025.
The winner will be notified through e-mail by 23:59 (UTC+8) on November 28, 2025.

Terms and Conditions

QNAP collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise treats the personal information of participants with great consideration.
QNAP will not disclose, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer participants’ personal information without their consent, except as otherwise set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participants testing in-development software must tolerate the unpolished nature of a pre-release product. Important data should be backed up before testing this software.
Participants grant QNAP the right to use their beta test feedback for the purpose of QNAP products/services development and improvement.
Participants agree to participate in surveys if QNAP finds their feedback showing insightful information.
Winners will be notified via the email provided in the feedback form. The winner should provide correct shipping information.
When attempts to contact the winner fail (if the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted by QNAP) the prize will be regarded as forfeit.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable.
QNAP will be responsible for delivery costs of the prize, excluding customs/duty (taxes).
QNAP reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notification at any time.
Participation in the Virtualization Station 4 HA Beta Test is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
