Can I change Mattermost look and feel?

Yes, you can change the theme of the Mattermost interface by following the path:

(Menu) ≡ → Account Settings → Display → Theme.

Mattermost provides you with four options to choose from or else you can also customize your own theme or import theme colors from slack.
