Details

Single files stored on myQNAPcloud Storage can range from a minimum of zero bytes to a maximum of 5 terabytes. The largest file that can be uploaded in a single HTTP PUT is 5 gigabytes via myQNAPcloud portal.

If you need to upload larger files, we recommend synchronizing your files from QNAP devices to myQNAPcloud Storage using HBS3 or HybridMount, whose multipart upload capability allows you to greatly reduce upload failures.
