To troubleshoot QVR Pro startup failures, follow these steps.
- Ensure that Container Station starts up normally, as QVR Pro installation requires it. Any issues with Container Station can directly affect the functionality of QVR Pro.
- Review event logs of Qulog Center.
- Open Qulog Center.
- Click Event Log on the left panel.
- Look for I/O error log entries. If found, replace the faulty disks. For instructions, see this tutorial.
- Look for file system is not clean log entries. If found, initiate the Check File System operation on the affected volume. For instructions, see this tutorial.
- Reboot your NAS to avoid any system issues that could potentially affect QVR Pro.
