I removed all drives from the NAS and inserted new drives. Why couldn’t I create a new volume?

A new volume can’t be created because system configuration files stored in the system volume was removed when all drives were removed from the NAS.
Please Click in “Control Panel” > “System Settings” > “Backup / Restore” > “Restore to Factory Default” to reinstall the NAS. After that, a new system volume can be created and disks can be managed.
