What do I do if I receive the error message "Your login credentials are incorrect or your account is no longer valid"?

Solution
You should check that you can log in to your NAS using a web browser. If successful, you should go to Control Panel > System > Security > Passsword Policy and check to see if Require users to change passwords periodically option is checked or not.
If this option is enabled, you will need to change your password before being able to log in to your mobile app.
If you still encounter this problem after changing the password, or you cannot log in to your NAS, contact QNAP support.
