I use HBS to sync data to OneDrive for Business, why do I see filenames starting with a tilde (~) in my cloud account?

Hybrid Backup Sync
If you are syncing data from your NAS to your OneDrive for Business account through Hybrid Backup Sync (HBS), and you see some files starting with a tilde (~) in your cloud account, these are temporary files for files that have not been fully synced yet. Once syncing is complete, these temporary files will automatically disappear and be replaced by fully synced files.
