How do I set up a QHora-301W router to replace an existing router in a network?

Solution
Prerequisites
- If your router is configured using a static IP address, make sure you assign a DHCP IP address before disconnecting it from the network.
- Power off your old router.
- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Disconnect all cables and external attachments.
Procedure
- Connecting the QHora router to the network.
- Disconnect your ISP-provided modem.
- Connect the modem’s WAN port to LAN port 1 on the QHora-301W router.
- Connect LAN port 4 on the router to your PC or switch.
- Connect the power cord of the router to the DC IN input.
- Connect the power cord of the router to the electrical outlet.
- Power on the router.
- Wait for the status LED to turn green.
- Initialize the router.
- Download Qfinder Pro on your computer.
- Open Qfinder Pro.
- Identify the router from the list.Note
- The default router IP address is 192.168.100.1.
- If you are unable to locate the router in the list, restart your computer and the connected switch to obtain the IP address from the LAN port (1 GbE LAN port 4) of the router.
- To download Qfinder Pro, go to https://www.qnap.com/en/utilities.
- Select the router from the list and click Login.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to set up the router.NoteQNAP recommends restarting all the network devices connected to the router in order to obtain its new IP address.
