If you can't see the picture preview while navigating the files on myQNAPcloud.com, performing the following steps:

Log in to the QTS as an administrator.

Open App Center.
- Install and enable Multimedia Console.
Thumbnails and previews generate automatically after installing Multimedia Console
- Install and enable Multimedia Console.

Open File Station.
- Click
(More Settings) on top-right corner and select Settings in the drop-down menu.
Options window opens. - Under Multimedia tab, enable "Support multimedia playback, streaming, and thumbnail display".
