Scenario
After you have started or rebooted your NAS, your Wi-Fi adapter is not detected by the system.
Details
Use the following list to identify possible issues with your Wi-Fi adapter:
- Verify that the Wi-Fi adapter supports your NAS model and firmware version.
- Use the compatibility list to identify this information.
- Verify that the System volume is created.
- For QTS 5.1 and later, you must create the System volume after initializing the NAS.
- Verify that the System volume is accessible.
- If the System volume is encrypted, you must enable the volume auto-unlock setting for the Wi-Fi adapter to function.
