How to get a refund if I have purchased the wrong license product?

Applicable Products:

Please make sure that the license is still within 14 days of purchase, then follow the instructions below to get a refund.

  1. If the license is activated on a NAS, please deactivate it first
  2. Go to the Software Store
  3. to find your order number, the path: Software Store > My Account > My Orders
  4. Click the “ReturnOrder” button and it will auto send the request to the relevant departments for processing. The refund process usually takes 7-10 business days
    Note: The “ReturnOrder” option will only be available 24 hrs after the purchase date and time, up till the 14th day.
