Why does Qtier not utilizing the Tier2 High Speed drives?

Scenario

After configuring QTier on by NAS, the data are being stored on Tier1 and Tier3, but not in tier 2.

Details

This is an expected behaviour. The data that are not accessed will remain in Tier3: Capacity level. They will be migrated to Tier1: Ultra-High Speed level first when they are accessed. Once Tier1 is filled up, data will then start using the Tier2: High Speed level.
