Challenges
As a chip testing company, Sirize has extremely high requirements for data integrity, continuity, and system stability. Its test lines generate massive volumes of core inspection data every day. Without unified, high-capacity underlying storage, the company would face data flow bottlenecks and heavy IT management pressure. At the same time, switching systems is costly, so Sirize urgently needed a storage solution that could deliver high-capacity data throughput while allowing front-line production staff to work seamlessly and smoothly with existing systems.
Solution
Based on long-term trust in QNAP's ease of use and its fit with the company's business, Sirize has continuously expanded its QNAP NAS deployment since 2019. By 2026, the company had introduced a total of 12 enterprise-class NAS units, all configured with 16TB high-capacity enterprise-grade hard drives:

This large storage cluster is widely deployed across high-throughput semiconductor test lines and an office environment of several hundred staff, handling core file sharing and data backup tasks.
Result
The QNAP NAS cluster successfully solved Sirize's two core challenges: high-capacity storage for production-line data, and cross-department file sharing in the office. Thanks to the intuitive QNAP operating system, front-line production users kept their existing work habits entirely, achieving a seamless storage architecture upgrade.
The deployment has significantly strengthened the protection of core wafer test data, effectively reduced the frequency of IT intervention across this large infrastructure, and delivered tangible savings in maintenance manpower.
