Solution
Microsoft Windows cannot play videos encoded with the H.265 codec natively and requires the HEVC Video Extension to unlock the function. If your recordings contain the H.265 codec, QVR Pro Client will provide instructions on how to view the videos:
1. Change the camera's video format from H.265 to other formats in the camera settings.
2. Get video extensions from the Microsoft Store.
