How to delete the duplicated "CAYIN MediaSign Player-Basic version" license from my QID account?

I mistakenly ordered several CAYIN free licenses, can you please delete the duplicated ones from my QID account?
Solution:
Although the "CAYIN MediaSign Player _Basic version" is a free license, once you ordered it that it bundled in your QNAP ID account immediately and existed perpetually according to the QNAP product data protection terms. Except, you perform the QID delete for your needs, and then all license data will be deleted perpetually.
Note: After a QID is deleted, the related licenses are not able to be recovered.
