Why does QVR Face not recognize when a mask is being worn?

Details
If QVR Face does not recognize wearing masks after mask detection mode is activated, you should check the following.
- The person's mask should cover their nose and mouth.
- The person should directly face the camera.
- The camera should be positioned in an area with sufficient lighting, and without light shining directly into the camera lens.
