Why can’t I view IronWolf Health Management (IHM) information on the external storage device?

Some external storage devices (such as TR-002 and TR-004) are hardware RAID systems that group their disks and treat them as a single virtual disk. As a result, Storage & Snapshots is unable to obtain IronWolf Health Management information on individual disks that are installed in these external storage devices.
