When I play a video using mobile data/remote WiFivia iOS Qfile/Qphoto/Qvideo, why can’t I choose to play with the 3rd party player?
Solution:
Please heck how do you remote access the NAS by sliding our the left panel as shown in picture below:
If it’s myQNAPcloud Link, users will not be able to play video files with 3rd party players. To be able to play video files with 3rd party players remotely, users have to set up FQDN or VPN as a remote access method.
