Why does the files and folders started with .(dot) become invisible after I put the files into the NAS?

The files/folders started with .(dot) are treated as hidden in unix-like system and QTS and QuTS hero treats them in the same way.

Follow the steps to unhide the hidden dotfiles/folders in File Station

Open File Station.
Click (More settings) in the top-right corner.
In the General tab enable the option Show hidden files on NAS.
