How do I know which service/process is occupying the resource?

You can know which process occupies the resources by sorting the CPU Usage and Memory usage in Resource Monitor.
Follow the procedures below:
- Login QTS as administrators
- Open Resource Monitor
- Click on Processes
- Sort the processes by CPU Usage and Memory
- Find out the process which occupies the most CPU Usage and Memory
