Solution
- If your QTS version is 4.3.4.0435 or lower, the compatible license type is PAK. You can find the license key on your physical card, or if you have lost the key, please contact us through the “Service Portal” on the QNAP Customer Service website and provide the UDI number of your NAS system for further assistance.
- If your QTS version is 4.3.4.0835 or higher, please go to the License Manager website (https://license.qnap.com/) and log in with your QNAP ID account that you used to obtain the license to find your license.
