Why can't I find Control Panel after login QTS or QuTS as administrator or admin?

This could be caused by a system configuration file which manages group setting corrupted.
Control Panel can't be found after login QTS as administrator or admin
Recover the QTS by the procedures below.
- SSH access the NAS
- Run cp /etc/default_config/group /etc/config
- Login QTS as admin in web browser
- Reconfigure User group setting.
