Incident Report: App Center Download & Install
Taiwan, Taipei, July 16, 2024
We are currently experiencing a disruption affecting the app download and installation in the App Center of QTS and QuTS hero NAS operating systems. This issue started at 15 July 7am GMT +8. Our engineering teams are investigating the issue.
In the meantime, users can visit https://www.qnap.com/go/app-center/ to download desired apps and manually install them in the App Center of their NAS. For a step-by-step guide, please refer to our manual installation tutorial.
We expect to complete the repair today (July 16) and restore the App Center’s download functionality.
Updated: The incident has been resolved and our services have returned to normal.
