QNAP Expands its Turbo NAS Peripherals Compatibility List Adding One New External Storage Device, One 3.5-inch Internal Hard Drive, Ten USB Webcams an
Taipei, Taiwan, November 30, 2011 – QNAP® Systems, Inc. is extending the number of compatible peripherals for its popular lineup of Turbo NAS products. The additions, including one external storage device, one 3.5-inch hard drive, ten USB webcams, and thirty nine different UPS models from CyberPower® are now fully compatible.
The Turbo NAS series models are now compatible with the Astone® ISO-RD230 external hard drive and Hitachi® HDS721050CLA662 3.5-inch internal hard drive.
To provide Turbo NAS users with more USB webcam options, the following models are newly added to the compatibility list: Creative® Live! Cam Optia AF (VF0560), and Logitech® Webcam C120, C160, C170, C250, C600, Quick Cam Pro 5000, Pro 9000, QuickCam Vision Pro for Mac and QuickCam Sphere AF. The USB webcam feature is available by installing QUSBCam QPKG Add-on on the Turbo NAS.
