FAQ
Do I need to deactivate my QVR Pro/Elite license before switching to QVR Surveillance 3.0.0?
No. As long as it's not currently active in QVR Pro/Elite, QVR Surveillance will automatically detect and apply it.
What if my license isn't showing in QVR Surveillance?
Make sure the license is activated in License Center and not in use by another QVR application.
What will happen to the Ultimate Playback and QVR AI Package?
QVR Surveillance includes both features by default. There is no need to repurchase.
