For saving the space of old deleted data, adjust the “File retention time (days)” in Netwok Recycle Bin management; for example, you could set retention days around 30 days to keep old data not more than 1 month. This example will help users to clean old removed files after 30 days, or change to 60 or 90 days to save them longer then you could try to review them more days.
