Taipei, Taiwan, November 1, 2022 - QNAP® UK Limited today announced the launch of the Advanced Replacement Service (ARS), allowing users to enjoy fast turn-around hardware replacement service for up to five years on selected models. Users can purchase extended ARS license packs from QNAP distributors/retailers.

"Our Advanced Replacement Service helps the business continuity by providing fast replacement service. Offering ARS to our customers shows our commitment to great customer service and helps businesses plan for the unexpected." said Posen Wang, Country Head of QNAP UK.

Users can register their QNAP NAS within 60 days of purchase and will automatically be eligible to purchase ARS for selected models, a warranty that stretches the coverage up to 5 years and speedy hardware replacement.

Note: The Advance Replacement Service provided by QNAP UK is only available in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland for selected models purchased after 2022-01-01.
