Explanation
To unshare a file or folder on myQNAPcloud Storage, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the item you wish to unshare. (You may also select multiple items.)
- Click More and then select Unshare.
- A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm your intention to remove access to the selected item(s). Please note:
- If you have shared the item(s) with specific QNAP IDs, all members who have access will be removed at once and will no longer be able to access the item(s).
- If the item(s) were shared with Anyone with the link permission, the shared link will immediately become invalid and inaccessible.
If you need to remove access from specific QNAP IDs or adjust permissions, you can also do so in the Sharing Settings for that item.
This process ensures that your shared items are securely managed and their access is controlled according to your preferences.
