How can I reset the account credentials on my managed switch using the reset button?

To reset the account credentials on your managed switch device, use the following process:

Connect the switch to a power source.
Power on the switch.
Locate the reset button on the switch.
Using a pin, press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
Wait for the switch to finish booting.
Verify the switch status LED is solid green.

The switch reset is successful and the account credentials are restored to default.

Username	Password
admin	The MAC address omitting any punctuation and capitalizing any letters.For example, if the MAC address is 00:0a:0b:0c:00:01, the default password is 000A0B0C0001.You can locate the MAC address on the asset tag of the switch.
