Overview
QuTS hero is a Linux-based operating system for QNAP NAS devices, offering advanced data integrity and performance via the ZFS file system. It supports applications for file management, virtualization, surveillance, multimedia, and more.

QuTS hero is supported on QNAP NAS models that meet the following requirements:
- At least 8GB memory (RAM) is required.
- For inline data deduplication, at least 16GB memory is required (32GB or more recommended for best performance).
