Fixed Issues
- Some WORM options were not displayed when the display language was set to Polish.
- QES would not start rebuilding a degraded storage pool if disks were replaced while the NAS was powered off.
- Enabling the Snapsync server fails if port trunking is configured.
- The LEDs on the front panel displayed nothing when the NAS was powered on in an uninitialized state.
- It was not possible to search domain groups for groups with non-English names.
- QES failed to connect to an AD server after changing the AD domain's administrator password.
- Users were unable to see newly added domain users and domain groups after clicking refresh on the shared folder permissions screen.
Enhancements
- Increased the maximum number of iSCSI sessions to 256 per target, 512 per controller.
- Improved the UI for the "SMB Path" and "NFS Path" section of shared folder properties.
- Modified the time format in the dump log so that it's easier to search for a specific time.
- Modified the dump log's directory name and split the output into subfolders for easier troubleshooting.
- Added "Unsupported SPF+ Module" warning notification.
- Users in China can now download QES firmware updates from the domain "qnap.com.cn".
- When configuring Clickatell SMS notifications, you can now choose between Clickatell's old or new API (their API changed in November 2016).
- You can now restrict which versions of TLS QES supports for extra security.
- Added ifstat and iperf commands to the command line interface (CLI).
