Why don't I see any network subnets on “Add single/multiple servers under a subnet”?

Answer:

The subnet must have at least one QNAP NAS under it. Then, Q'center can use the added QNAP NAS to search other NAS and list them on "Add single/multiple servers under a subnet" option next time.
