How can I find out which files have been skipped or filtered in an HBS job?

In Hybrid Backup Sync (HBS), every job records the files that have been skipped or filtered for each job run. You can download this record to your computer as a CSV file.
- Open HBS 3.
- Go to Jobs.
- Identify a job to inspect.
- Under Action, click the Report icon.
The Report window opens. - Click Job History.
- Identify a job run to inspect.
- Under Action, click the Export File History as CSV icon.
The system downloads the CSV file as a zip folder on your computer.
The CSV file contains the following column headers: Name, Size, Status, Reason, and Date & Time.
You can determine if a file is skipped or filtered under the "Status" column.
