The Antivirus is detecting normal files as a virus. What can I do to stop this?

The antivirus database is maintained by ClamAV®, which is an open source antivirus engine for detecting trojans, viruses, malware & other malicious threats. If you think the scan you ran resulted in a false positive you may report it to the ClamAV team at the following link.
Once they review your report and update their database your NAS will stop reporting these files as malicious.
