Why the Qfinder utility is not able to find QSW switch devices?

Only QSW managed switch devices (QSW-M series) can use the Qfinder utility to search & find it. If you have an unmanaged switch, it is normal that the QFinder utility does not detect the device in this case.
If the Qfinder tool cannot find QSW managed switch device, it could be network related issue. You could follow the step as below to eliminate the network environment for testing:
- Remove AC(or DC) power cord from the QSW switch device.
- Remove all LAN cable/SFP+ transceiver modules from the switch device RJ45/SFP+ ports.
- Use a LAN cable to connect between the switch device RJ45 port & your PC/laptop LAN card (the PC/laptop LAN card need set the IP address to 169.254.100.101 and submask 255.255.0.0).
- Open Qfinder tool in PC/laptop, plugin AC(or DC) power cord into the switch device, observe the Qfinder tool can normal find the switch device or not.
