  • Qfinder Pro

Scenario

You can log in to your NAS with a web browser, and all its services are functioning correctly. However, Qfinder Pro cannot find your NAS.

Solution

Qfinder Pro may not be able to find your NAS if there are any inactive third-party app repositories containing problematic XML files. To remove the invalid XML files, do the following.

  1. Log in to your NAS as an administrator.
  2. Open App Center.
  3. Click  on the top right corner.
  4. Click the App Repository tab.
  5. Select any inactive third-party app repositories (e.g., QNAPClub) and their associated XML files.
  6. Click Delete.
