Failed to recover Surveillance Station license

Scenarios: 
I just completed the NAS factory reset and did the license recovery function, however, it failed to recover my Surveillance Station license. Can you please advice?

Solution:
Make sure the Surveillance Station app is installed, or else the license recovery will fail to activate the license to this app.
