Bug fix

  • Android: Android was unable to login when QTS forces connecting via HTTPS.
  • Android: Android's network settings did not revert to DHCP after pressing and holding the reset button.
  • Android: Improved compatibility with some reported apps which were unable to use its UI.
  • Android: Fixed screen zoom settings were not applied after the video player automatically switched screen resolution, HDMI cable is reconnected, and the HDMI display turned off/on.
  • QTS: Android Station's "Reset Android to Factory Default Settings" did not clean up Android if it ran more than once before rebooting.
  • QTS: Added some missing translations in QTS.
  • QTS: Fixed a filtering/sorting function in Photo Station.
  • All: Fixed Android not remembering its last on/off status when starting TAS.

Known Issues

  • Android: Audio & Video desync issue when decoding via passthrough to an A/V receiver.
  • QTS: The "Loading..." indicator will sometimes not disappear in Android Station. This issue will be corrected in the next update.

Enhancement

  • Optimized the file transfer policy, making it faster when Android is turned off.

Notice

  • You must connect a keyboard and mouse to the TAS if you plan to set up using HDMI output.
  • Android is enabled by default. You can disable/enable it by pressing and holding the USB copy button for 6 seconds.
  • When you connect USB storage to the TAS, Android will create two folders ("Android" and "obb") on it.
  • Pre-installed Google Apps may not work if Google Services are blocked by your firewall.
